I just updated my favorite traffic exchanges list. I’ve changed it to a top 5 list for simplicity’s sake. Take a look, my results changed gain dramatically this week, and we have a new-comer to my top 5 list!

Although it’s hard to tell right now, I think the drastic changes for my top performing exchanges is due to the holiday season and people having more time to surf. For example, StartXchange has been incredibly active lately and I’ve had days where I’ve used up 500-700 credits.

We’ll have to wait and see if these patterns continue after the holidays or if things go back down to the normal pace.

Savvy Clicks has updated their surf bar with a new RSS feature. It allows the owner, Harry Nguyen, to leave you messages on your toolbar about current or upcoming promotions. Examples are sales on credit packages or their popular Savvy Power Surf.

For those unfamiliar with the toolbar, it is a free download that gives you fast access to Savvy Clicks and its various features.

Traffic Muscles has been struggling with traffic flow lately and not enough websites are being put into rotation. The owner, Kenneth Kraakstad, is asking all members to assign credits and/or surf to help out.

Traffic flow issues are a dangerous place to be for a young traffic exchange because it can result in less sites being rotated, activity, and ultimately less results. Hopefully Traffic Muscles can get through this hiccup and become the great exchange it aspires to be.

It looks like I’ll have a bunch of posts to write up today, but first I just wanted to thank you all for being a part of TE scoop. It’s still very young, but I’ve received a great response so far and I hope that we can help you with your Traffic exchange and business goals for an amazing new year!

Starting today, Royal Surf is rewarding members with some major treats for being an active member.

There is a brand new referral contest running from December 21st – January 31st, with the first place winner taking $50 cash. Cash prizes are rewarded for the top 20 positions.

All members, regardless of their membership level, will also earn $0.50 every day for surfing 1,000 pages in a day. This is also on top of receiving credits for your referrals’ surfing efforts. Everyone who surfs will also be entered in a drawing to win upgrades, credit packages, royal coins (Royal Surf currency used to purchase items), or cash.

All members can now earn cash for referring other members who upgrade or make purchases.

Royal Surf‘s unique game will also be dishing out prizes during this promotion period. One person who completes a quest will be randomly rewarded with a Cash prize of $2-10, and there will be one winner each day for this promotion.

Royal Surf also has given the website a new look with a brand new design!

To see all of the changes and start taking advantage of all of these crazy promotions, visit Royal Surf for all of the details!

Well it looks like Dragon Surf was having some issues with their new surfing game. While some experienced no problems (such as myself), others were encountering problems. It has now been fixed, and to make up for it, Soren Jordansen is pushing out some fantastic bonuses for 24 hours only and ends December 22nd at noon EST.

  • You will win every time.
  • You will win credits every time.
  • You can win more than once!

Time to get surfing at Dragon Surf!

Today StartXchange makes a lot of significant announcements!

First, there is a new prize page where you can now win credits, banner impressions, upgrades (For Free Members), and referrals (For Upgraded Members)! That truly is an amazing bonus for being active and paying attention while you surf.

The StartXchange marathon time will also be extended to allow more participation. It seems many people are unable to participate in the event during this holiday season. Oh, and owner Tim Linden has also sweetened the prize with 1 Year of Free Web Hosting and a Domain Name!

StartXchange has built its community foundation around the concept of teams. Personally, I never bothered to join one because the prizes rewarded people who surfed the most, referred the most, etc, but my schedule just doesn’t allow me the time to do those things and win extra prizes. This has changed now, because the surfing contest is replaced by a loyalty contest! When members of a team sign surf 20 pages in a day, your team earns a point for that surfer’s efforts. Now the average person with limited time (Like me!) can still participate for great prizes every week!

StartXchange used to allow members to sell credits earned, such as from surfing and referring. However the Terms of Service will change this new year, and if you are selling your traffic in any form, such as a Co-op, the majority of the traffic sold must be from purchased credits.

I know this is a lot of information to digest, but it is all very significant and there are a few more things you should read. You can find the full details at the StartXchange Newsletter Section:

http://www.startxchange.com/newsletter/

Remember if you are already a member of StartXchange, claim those activity points at the bottom too! If you are not a member yet, joining should be on your priority list, due to the high activity levels, large member base, traffic flow, and constant enhancements.

Soren Jordansen has finished doing all the $1 referral payments, so you should be able to find the balance in your Dragon Surf account now. Feel free to cash out, buy credits, or get an upgrade with your hard earned money!

As announced a couple of days ago, Dragon Surf now gives out prizes for surfing 250, 500, and 750 pages in a day. Well those prizes have already been changed! View the new prize list here. Looks like if you want to claim any of those prizes, you need to get surfing fast just in case they get removed.

I wasn’t planning on updating my favorites list for awhile, but my results have been changing dramatically over the last week. Feel free to take a look at the updated list. The exchanges are all the same, but I had rearranged the order based on my recent results and noted the changes. Happy surfing!

Kenneth Kraakstad’s Traffic Exchanges were having some issues lately, but he reports that they should be running fine now. He owns:

Kraadkstad has been under fire by some people for starting three traffic exchanges within a short time period. However that negativity is also a positive for Kenneth, who seems to have some very active exchanges at the moment!
