It’s not my service, that belongs to Jon Olson and Robert Puddy, so you will have to get a hold of them for more information.
They did mention that the deal you read on the homepage applies to brand new TE’s, so I’m not sure what they want to do with relaunches yet. I know a lot of people have asked about that thought.
